its interdisciplinary nature, sustainability research efforts go through

with a special emphasis to the links between sustainability research and coastal zone management issues, BEIDS and the European Reference Point for Technology Transfer for Sustainable Development at TuTech Innovation (Hamburg, Germany) are hosting this seminar, in cooperation with the University of Vilnius (Faculty of Humanities, Kaunas Campus) and the Interreg IIIB project COASTMAN (Coastal Zone Management in the Baltic). The event will be held in Kaunas, Lithuania on  May  16-17, 2006.
