Integrative Approaches to Sustainability: Conference in Latvia

The University of Latvia is hosting a conference titled "Integrative Approaches Towards Sustainability" to be held in Jurmala, Latvia, on 26-29 March 2003. This will be the first high-level conference on sustainability in the Baltic countries directly supported by the EC's Framework Programme.

The conference, which is also supported by BEIDS, wishes to encourage the attendance of participants with both practical and theoretical research backgrounds and is a forum for the debate and discussion on regional sustainability issues.
